This page describes the basic processing rules for data voluntarily submitted through the CREATE AI application form.

Data collected

Name, contact details, selected track, learning goal or question, and limited technical request data used to protect the form from abuse.

Purpose

To respond to the application, propose a learning format, prepare an offer and continue communication initiated by the visitor.

Storage and access

Form data is stored on the project server and is accessible to the site operator. It is not published and is not intended to be shared with third parties except when legally required or technically necessary to provide the service.

Withdrawal

The visitor may withdraw consent through the same communication channel and request that processing stop unless retention is required by law.

Before a large advertising launch, the legal text and business details should be reviewed against the actual data-processing workflow.
